Miego has found himself in yet another predicament that could threaten his future with Yami, only this time it won't be as easy as he thinks to get out of it. Things really get complicated when Yami shows up and has a plan of her own. Just when Yami starts to open up and allow herself really feel something, she gets hit with the reality that the one good thing she has might be taken away from her. At this point, she decides that is not an option and against Miego’s wishes she decides to take matters into her own hands. If she’s riding with him then she has to be willing to do whatever necessary, right? Yaz and Memphis are figuring things out, but her past is causing unnecessary problems that Memphis isn't sure he wants to deal with. Yaz finds the answers she looking for about her relationship in the one person who she never really expected to have her back. She quickly realizes that maybe Miego isn't as bad as she made him out to be. As always Train is down for Miego and right there by his side with whatever, whenever. That part is easy. It's his situation with Lisa that is complicating things. He just can't seem to let go of his ways, but with Lisa giving ultimatums he had better figure something out or she may just decide to walk. Money is good and life is even better, so why not take it a step further and bring the opportunity closer to home? Since Black is no longer in the picture, Memphis, Miego and Train decide to take over his territory. That means getting rid of Bank who stepped in, when Black disappeared. Blacks death didn't really affect many, but one person in general is plotting revenge and his eyes are set on Miego. He refuses to let it go and has every intention of making Miego pay for what he has done. One thing is certain, Miego will not let anyone or anything bring harm to his family, and he will paint the city red to protect his loved ones.

This is just to much in on day! First Prince now this! She has done it again! She has another banger on her hands ladies and gentlemen! You play entirely to damn much! My emotions are just are over the place! I'm an emotional mess! This book was so good! I can't wait until certain people get what they deserve! Imma need for Yaz to get it together! I hope we get to learn the back story on blacks father! That ending has me all messed up right now! I think I need a minute!
I hate cliffhangers and for that reason I try to wait until the whole series is out before beginning it. Author, is part 4 done yet, because WE NEED IT! I'm dying here lol. I only took away a star because in the middle it is kind of slow so it took me a little longer to get through it. But it was still good. Miego is book bae #2! Right behind another somebody whose name also begins with M. I'd like to hear more about Lisa and Train though. Can't wait to read pt 4!
Ms. Mills has done it yet AGAIN!!!! We return to the lives of Miego & Yami, Memphis & Yarni, Train, Lisa, Ms Ginnette, and Yanna. Miego was his regular rude self and I didn't expect any less. While we knew that Miego was in heavy LIKE with Yami from the beginning, Ms. Mills showed off her writing chops by making a character that was dead set against being vulnerable, show his compassionate and loving side to the woman that he fell head over heels in love with. I think the fact that after Miego killed Black he had a heavy heart because of how Yami and Ray might feel, showcased this more mature and open Miego. Watching Yarni deal with her insecurities and see her begin to allow her guard and walls to completely drop with Memphis was very refreshing to watch. I so hope that Train gets his behind together when it comes to Lisa and his son. It's clear to everyone around him that he is in for a world of hurt because he is ABSOLUTELY CLUELESS that Lisa is FED UP with his foolishness. Of course Miego had me in stitches throughout the story. The scene at the strip club and afterwards with Hope had me in here with tears rolling down my cheeks from laughing so hard. There was never a dull moment and period where the story lagged. Even with the few minor editing issues, there was no way that I wasn't 100% completely vested from the beginning to the end. Kudos Ms. Mills. I always say that the angels from above kissed your pen. But I must say that I think you were sprinkled with fairy dust because you haven't brought us a bad read YET!!!! Keep bringing that fire Ms. Mills and I will be a rider until the wheels fall off!!!!!
Chapter 3 was so boring that I kept putting it down. 0 to no action. 75% of this book was a bunch of irrelevant repetitive BS.
I enjoyed reading this book story told well written drama and action from beginning to end let saga continue! Awesome cliffhanger!
This book had me on the edge of my seat. I could not put it down and I can't was it for part 4 because that ending was something else. The only thing I will say I'm need a few people to get handle.
Oh no this can't be happening! You have to read this series in order to know what I am talking about. I do recommend!
